At Auz Dance Collaborative Dance Group, our mission is to inspire and empower people through dance. We believe that dance is a powerful tool for self-expression and a way to connect with others. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive community where dancers of all levels can grow and thrive.
Classes
We offer a variety of classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Whether you're interested in contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, or another style, we've got you covered. Our classes are taught by experienced and passionate instructors who will help you improve your skills and achieve your goals.

Our Mission
Our mission is to teach the art of dance one step at a time and to inspire and entertain audiences through the art of dance. We strive to create beautiful and meaningful performances that showcase the talent and hard work of our dancers, our qualified teachers create original works as we nurture our students, with no stress in a pressure free environment.
Our History
Founded in 2007, originally named “Kirsty Gunther Academy of Dance” which has been a leading dance studio in the Hunter Valley community, performing at countless events and venues, competing in eisteddfods and have received numerous awards and accolades for our work. Founded in 2007, originally named “Kirsty Gunther Academy of Dance” which has been a leading dance studio in the Hunter Valley community, performing at countless events and venues, competing in eisteddfods and have received numerous awards and accolades for our work. In 2023, Kirsty Gunther retired as creative director and the name changed to Auz Dance Collaborative. Auz Dance Collaborative has proved to be a great studio throughout the years with fully qualified teachers and many students moving on to careers through dance. Dance also improves self confidence, working as a team, individual performance, emotional control and cognitive skills. Come and join a dance studio which focuses on quality not quantity, with Learning focuses on individual needs.

Our talented choreographers bring years of experience and creativity to our tap classes. They work tirelessly to create unique and captivating routines that showcase our dancers' skill set and ability to make the most of our our own unique style of tap.
Jazz
Jazz has changed over the years from Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers to more modern day performers such as JLO, Britney, & Miley and all these have curved and sculptured the way we look and perform jazz, with our own unique style ADC prides itself on the flexibility of being able to teach cabaret style jazz through to modern upbeat funky commercial style jazz.

End of Year Revue
End of Year Revue
ADC end of year production is a way for your child to really shine. It is not compulsory to participate but most children will not pass up the opportunity to get dressed up and shine on stage. The end of year revue is a way to see how your child is progressing with their skill set and to also see how they work together as a team.

Scott’s passion for dance is started at the age of 2 and Scott is dedicated to making sure all the students of ADC are taught with respect and nurtured thruogh this individual journey to enjoy dance and be as supported and artistic as they can be. Scott is mentoring Auz Dance Collaborative students to achieve their goals by “teaching the art of dance one step at a time”.
